The symposium will be held at the Convention Centre of La Torre Golf Resort. The Convention Centre features a theatre auditorium with tiered seating, state of the art audio visual system and wireless internet access. The poster sessions will be held in the banquet hall. Refreshments will be provided on arrival each morning, as well as lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks for each day of the conference.

Both the welcome reception and the symposium dinner will be held at the Hotel La Torre Golf Resort. The gala dinner in the banquet hall will be a night to remember, with a three course meal, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and entertainment, ending with the Farewell Party.
