Accompanying persons programme
A program for accompanying persons is under organization. It will include a trip to Cartagena – Mar Menor – La Unión and another one to Caravaca.
Cartagena: This is the second most important city in the region and it is the harbour of Murcia. We will look at its magnificent past throughout its palaces. We will visit Santa María’s Old Cathedral, dated from the thirteenth century, the Roman Theatre, the Byzantine and the Carlos III city walls. We will then go to Cabo de Palos, small fishing town, where we will enjoy our lunch and a short trip around La Manga del Mar Menor, salty lake separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 20 kms. long strip of land.

Caravaca: This medieval city in the Northwest of the Region of Murcia, offers its wonderful artistic heritage to the visitor. We will walk around the Medieval District and go up to its marvellous castle.

Technical visits of Greenhouse Nurseries and Seed Investigation facilities in the area of Almería. PRICE: less than 200€, including lunch and travels. The price will depend on the final number of participants. You can book your accommodation in the same Hotel (Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort), as we will organize all the trips from there.
